Well, I'm an idiot. I received unprotected oral sex. (I'm male, bj from a woman) This was one of those "full service" massages. I said I wanted only hand contact, but she started doing that, and, like an idiot I let her cause it felt good. I was so disgusted afterwards. I washed my penis and pubic area off in a sink with a handful of antibacterial soap, although I know that won't do anything to undo a possible STD exposure. I've never had an STD before. I've never engaged in risky behavior before. Besides hating myself, I'm scared sick about being infected. My questions:

* How soon will symptoms start to appear if I did catch some STD? The tip of my penis is sore/irritated today (one day later), but it was like that last night too, so maybe that's from the activity it saw and the soap I smothered it with. I also have a headache and feel fatigued today, but is it impossible to feel symptoms this soon and i'm just super stressed/paranoid? When will symptooms for various STDs start showing?

* How soon is too soon to get tested? If I caught something on Tuesday, when is the soonest that would that show on a test? I don't care to get tested again in a month, but I want one now--ASAP. Is there a set wait period after exposure before you can be tested with any accurate findings?

* Finally, I am super sick emotionally and mentally over this. I hate myself for being so stupid. Am I totally over reacting, or should I seriously be scared out of my shoes like I am?

Men--don't make this same stupid mistake. I was feeling lonely and wanted some sensual touch, and this is so not worth anything. I'm afraid I've just ruined my life now.
