Alright... having taken birth control before (but having been on a few months of hiatus), I know that you can start birth control at really any time... but it's best to start on the day of your period.
I have a question... if I start something like 5 days after my period using 3 weeks of Tricyclen, will my next period be pushed ahead by 5 days? Or will it be 28-odd days after the date of my period, as is normal?
Like... say I got my period on July 17th. I start taking them on the 22nd... will I get my period on the 19th? As opposed to the 14th?
Thanks!

more than likely yes. I used to fiddle with my pills to rearrange my period days. However, since this is your first month back on you may have some breakthrough bleeding
