I have noticed that everyone on this board seems to have a different "formula" for their cholesterol programs. Many seem to be working for them too. I would like to know what you think of my program- 2000 mgs of flush free niacin, 1500 mgs of guggul lipid, 2000 grams of fish oil capsules, and I am thinking of adding 100 mgs of flax seed oil. I also try to eat a lot of fiber rich foods and lower my carbs the best I can. So far, My numbers have not been good at all, so I am thinking that maybe it might take some time. I truly value all the opinions on this board. In fact, I am so grateful that I found it because I cannot take any of the statins, but yet, heart disease runs in my family. I am trying my best to control my numbers- Any opinions or advise would be so appreciated Thanks Sarah
