Hello, I have made a few comments on this board in the past and have received alot of helpful information. I went on Lipitor 3 months ago and my cholesterol numbers cut in half. They were very high for about 5 years and after attempts with different diets and exercise alone I was unable to lower it. Within 3 months on Lipitor my Total went from 323 to 177. Trigs from 215 to 110, LDL from 186 to 88, and HDL from 53 to 65. My ratio went from 2.95 to 1.31. I have not had any side effects from the medication, maybe a few aches the first week, but nothing now and it is not effecting my liver at all. I am so happy with these results I just wanted to share this with those that are worried about going on medication and are looking for someone that has had good luck with it. I sure have. Also I am 25 year old female, 5ft and weigh 160. Good luck to all of you!
