This is my band wagon, to be sure. The studies are very clear and numerous that show that how one handles life, and one's overall outlook on life, has much more to do with heart related problems than all the cholesterol number and ratios put together. I know we concentrate on cholesterol issues here, but I hope folks also realize that if avoidance of heart and coronary troublees are important to you, that cholesterol numbers are only part of the story. And a rather murky and inexact one at that.
