I have severly dry flaky skin on my sides and breasts. I've gone to three different dr.'s who all said different things. One perscribed a topical cortizone (sp?) cream, one an anti fungal cream, and another just told me to try vaseline.
Well, after about nine months of this, nothing in helping. I do live in a dry climate, an moisturize regularly.
Does anyone have any advice?
It's not itchy, just really flaky.

Did the doctors tell you to change your soap to all natural sensitive soaps like Dove.
Also cut down on hot showers.
The doctors gave you the typical scripts. Vaseline will make a greasy mess. I would try cetaphil. You need to apply two or three times a day.

Ya, I'm using nothing with any scents.... having shorter luke warm showers. None of that is making a difference at all. The vaseline isn't even working. It sucks! Thanks for the response... I have tried cetaphil, but only for a week once a day... Maybe I will try for a week twice a day.
Thanks!
Thanks!
