Has anyone heard of angina just going away after a year of several times a week. It's been about 4 months since I've had any angina. My blood pressure is back down to normal and I can take a satisfying deep breath. Four months ago, I had a couple of nights where I was awakened by severe chest pain. That had never happened before. Since then all my symptoms of angina have disappeared, I can breath deeply, catching my breath, and my bp has gone down to well within the normal range (pre-angina rates). I'm happy to have them gone, but want to be reassured that nothing bad happened with those two severe angina attacks.

Were you diagnosed with angina? Maybe it was never that at all.

Your problems could have been caused by autoimmune response, which resulted in irritation to the heart muscle, and/or to the area/muscle around the heart. Eliminating autoimmune trigger(s) can lessen or eliminate the health problems.

Where there any changes in your diet, your lifestyle or environment, four months ago? It wouldn't have had to be a major change, just a minor change.

Did you notice any changes to your monthly cycle? Changes in a woman's hormonal balance can also wreck havoc.

It could also have been caused, in part, by unusual seasonal pollen levels, depending upon what was blooming during that time of the year, in which case, the symptoms might return next season. Anything unusual blooming, four months ago?

Just some things for you to think about......
