Okay, so i have been smoking for about 4 or 5 years now and recently i have been having chest pains and testicular pains, nothing to bad just a little pain for a minute or two and then i'm fine.
After finishing a cigarette i spat onto the floor as i usualy do ( i know it's not nice) and there was a bit of blood in my spit. This has only happened once before about 5 months ago. After checking for lumps i couldnt find any ony my chest or testicles and was wondering weather or not i should go get checked by the doc.
In saying this though from other forums i have read people are only spitting up pure blood wth no to verry little spittle whereas this is the other way around for me.
Any replys will be greatly thanked.

I would definitely get checked out by the doctor. There are a variety of symptoms for cancer. Good luck, and hopefully it's nothing too serious.

Absolutely go see a doctor. If there is something going on...it is much better to catch in early stages. I hope everything is okay for you.

Hi. First, QUIT SMOKING. I know that's easy to say as a non-smoker, but why wait until something serious does happen. You may have a bleeding ulcer, but spitting up blood definitely warrants a visit to the doctor. Good luck.
