we just start talking really into him and vicea versa. i had unpretected sex with him but i take my medicine everyday i do want to tell him but dont know how....dont want to end it in a sad story

taking suppressive meds is not a 100% guarantee that you cannot pass it on. You need to tell him. It will be harder now that you have already slept with him. You didn't let him make his own choice
