Hello everyone--I am trying to assist a person who contracted HSV1 genitally --is in mid-forties and has always feared herpes. He is convinced his life is over, etc. No matter what I say or direct him to, he is convinced that he will never had sex again without a "rubber suit"-- It will be too dangerous to hold children (he has it orally too) He uses two washcloths and two towels EACH time he showers--he is in therapy--but any new approach would be appreciated...I have it, too--but I've had it since I was 29--so I am WAY farther down the road...

Thanks.
M
