Hi everyone! I am new to the boards. I wanted to join because of a concern I am having.
I started taking a new pack of pills on June 29th (as scheduled, I have been taking Ortho Tri Cylen Lo for a while now), but my new pack of Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo is different from the other ones I was taking and the pills go in a different direction. Today (July 5) I realized that I had been taking this new pack backwards for about a week. I actually took the first pill and then the second pill correctly, but then after the second pill I started going backwards because I was used to the direction my old pack went in. I had already stopped bleeding from the period at the end of my last pack and today I started bleeding again. What should I do? Are there health concerns I should be worried about because of this?

That's a really good question to ask your pharmacist. I know I've seen this question on this board before, but I don't recall the answer. I think your best bet would be to ask the pharmacist. Go ahead and give them a call because I'm sure they would know the answer.

I agree to ask your pharmacist . I don't know about you're bcp but I know some of them have varied amounts of hormone so it might be important for you to get things worked out.
