im only 19 years old and i found out i had dysplasia on valentines day before that me and my fiance were having unprotected sex and had anal sex a few times is it possible i could get aids only after having anal sex a handful of times im scared and un sure of what else to do i cant even look at him sometimes cause he doesnt understand what can really happen please help

AIDS doesn't come from anal sex. It's a virus that someone can catch by exchanging fluids with a carrier of the virus, whether it's by sharing a needle or having unprotected vaginal and/or anal sex.
So, no, it's not possible that you'd get AIDS from just the act of unprotected anal sex. If your partner is HIV-infected, yes, you do run a high risk of catching the virus from any sort of unprotected sex (vaginal or anal).
