I am a 24 year old male in great shape and when I was 21 I had been having chest pains but went to the doctor for something else and they noticed I had Aortic valve disease and every year I go they tell me it keeps getting worse and 6 months ago the Doctor said I forget what it is but its like the vein that connects to the Aortic valve has turned thick and that I could use the surgery now but me being 24 it would be best to wait..... so two months ago my chest pain had gotten worse and I noticed everyonce in a while probably a couple times an hour I can feel a popping sensation right where the aortic valve is it feels like someone popping their knuckles..... how bad is this?

Sorry that I can't tell you what the popping is but I would strongly suggest that you see your heart doctor about it.
You definitely don't want to try to wait in case this is a change in your heart condition.
Sorry I could not be of more help!
