Hello and thanks in advance for any useful info, it is GREATLY appreciated. I am 20 and about 2 weeks ago I woke up and had one small red dot on the head of my penis. Then shortly after 2 more appeared about an inch away. There are still 3 in total and I am very worried its herpes or HPV. They do not itch and my penis had no discomfort. They are not even raised, if I move my finger across there is no difference in texture. However they are red and even a little shinny when the light hits them a certain way.

I remember getting one of these bumps when I was 16 and still a virgin but I think it went away after a week. I have now had a good amount of partners so I am very concerned. I am circumcised and bath regularly. Its very weird sometimes I’ll look and they will be almost totally gone then a few hours later they look worse. And during in erection there is more blood obviously and they look bigger, redder, and are much more visible.

I am very worried and this is on my mind ALL day Every day. I will go to a doctor if it doesn't clear up very soon but any help would be so great.
