Well I gave birth to my dd 3 weeks ago, and my anxiety has creeped back up on me again. I am so ssri sensitive, that is not an option for me. What are some choices for someone who is ssri sensitive. I have been so negitive lately, and thats whats making things worse. On top of sleeping every otehr hour my schedule is so screwed up. I just want to feel better. I hate feeling like this, and now I have a little life that needs me, and I am to exhausted for her. I am going to see a therapist today, I hope she helps. Right now I feel like I need to be thrown in a mental hosptial. My heart pounds, my legs feel restless, and my mind is just racing. It stinks.
How do you get the negitivity to stop. I try so hard to think positive. But then I get exhausted again and the negitivity starts again. I just don't feel as strong as I used to be. I feel like a failure to my hubby and daughter. :(

It is normal to feel very tired after giving birth...... you need extra rest... dont be so hard on your self...
