Im 16 years of age.
And i bet your thinking 'Oh no another stroppy teenager' but the thing is, i think i have a real issue with my anger... when i get angry i tend to rampage out of control and shout and just the other day i trashed my bedroom and punched a wall which cut all of my right hand knuckles open.
Ive had anger management on more than one occasion, i used to have it twice a week for 3 hours at a time
(Ive done more sessions in diffrent places but i cant remember dates etc as it was a long time ago)
Some people think i have rage issues because i have had a rough upbringing and they think it may effect me.
Deep breathing, drinking water etc does not work for me, deep breathing tends to get me more worked up
is it worth going to see a Doctor or something?
Thank you for the help in advance.

You may be able to control your moods with medication. Worth a shot, at least.

I don't have issue with anger (towards others at least...) but I have bad mood swings due to my bipolar disorder...I really found Trileptal very helpful. But I had to go off it b/c it interfers with my birth control. (you won't have that issue though LOL) I'm on Neurontin now but it makes me REALLY dizzy...works for my moods though. :)

ohhh Noooo....
definitely a last resort.
certainly some medications will help, but they will also probably make it seem worse when you are not taking them. you could easily end up feeling even more snappy, quickly angered, and violent.
At least you realize it, and you can do something about it.
Just realize that all that anger doesnt get you anywhere. Its not likely to help anything. all its gonna do is get you bloody knuckles, a broken hand , or thrown in jail . Its not worth stressing out over. work out the problem. if you want to take out yer anger , get a heavy bag , or push some weights.

it will be if you consider where youll end up ----Jail , then youoll be in a little cell , a cage or even tied up in a straight jacket ....
thats what will happen - Guaranteed ! no if ands or buts ....
you lose your temper out in public , you can be arrested. disorderly conduct.what if your at a bar and have afew drinks and something upsets you. you hurt someone , or worse accidentally cause the unspeakable then you end up in jail for life ....
use your brain , control yourself - do some thing else besides get anger - Its pointless to spaz, rage or freak out , it will get you nowhere , wont help anything .
learn how to properly install a nice heavy bag and get some gloves and have a blast
