In the last couple of weeks, I have bee getting pains around my bowels, kidneys and chest, I have little engery at work and when I lay down to sleep my heart beat races I seem to feel sick and get a dulling pain in my left arm, can anyone help

Hi I think it would be best if you go and make appoinment to see your doctor so he can run some tests good luck
