The local office called my husband as I was driving to work asking for the kids ss# for their benefits as well. The lady told my husband it could be a few days. We still never received a letter yet though only that he was medically approved. Hopefully she is correct and we will see some $ soon. We don't have any SSI or lawyer so maybe this is why it might go faster. Who knows anymore. But I hope it does come soon b/c this morning I just noticed the plug on the air conditioner was burnt ( and almost caused an electrical fire) and I think my dryer is going. So as soon as it comes in it already goes out. After we pay everything we need to pay we will break even by the next monthly check! We are in NJ and the local office here said they process the payment at least thats what I thought they told me anyway. So everyone waiting, hang in there;)
