I have made an appointment to go get a test from my doctor, but do you guys have any idea what I could have? If anything at all?
I am 27, workout, eat healthy, I am in pretty good shape, weigh 177 pounds and 6 foot tall. I have NEVER had any kind of STD and I have only had 4 partners in my life.
I have suspected my wife of cheating lately... and now all the sudden the last 3 or 4 days it burns when I urinate. It seems to get a little bit worse every day. I have not changed anything in my diet, nothing in my life has changed to make this happen. Only that I think my wife is sleeping with another man and we have slept together a few times in the last couple weeks. Then the burn...
Does anyone have any idea if I might have an STD?

It might be nothing, so get tested before you jump to any conclusions.
However, gonorrhea could produce pain when urinating a week or two after contracting it. Often, it also causes a discharge.
Wait and see what the test says.

Do you have any urgency to urinate or pain after urination? It sounds like a simple UTI to me but to be safe you should have it looked at. UTI's aren't STD's per say so don't jump to conclusions until you're sure of what you have.

I went and got tested yesterday... I hope I get my results back sometime today. If not then by Monday.
I told my wife I went to the doctor, but I didn't tell her what for. She started acting all funny right after that. Like she knew something was up.
