hey everyone,
I've been on Loestrin24 for almost a year now. I never get my period anymore but I have spoken about it to my doctor and he said that I am fine and perfectly normal. I had sex while on my placebo pills (meaning I would be on my period, but I don't get it so I didn't have my period) and we did use condoms. This is all very new to me, and because last month I wasn't able to take my pills properly (i ahd to miss 3 days and throw out my pack and start a new one) because of a upper GI test I needed to take, I am worried about my chances of being pregnant. How soon can I take a pregnancy test if I had sex on my placebo pill days?

i've been on it too for about 4 months. i dont really get my period, but i get some of the symptoms (minor bloating, minor tenderness, minor bitchiness :jester:). last two months, i havent gotten anything and ive had sex with my fiance with no issues. i actually bled last month so i know im not preggers (woot!). im almost done with this pack, and i expect to have very light to nothing at all.
if youre that worried, call your dr and get a pregnancy test or (as a best practice), keep an EPT in your lingerie drawer to have on hand just in case.
