I am working on getting my adrenals up, have been for the last year. I was doing fairly well and then got very busy and they crashed again. I am taking DSF Formula as well as a raw adrenal compound, licorice and pantothenic acid. My biggest problem is that I have to have some kind of adrenal support a bed time to get to sleep and then don't sleep more than 6 -7 hours at night. Thing is, I need 8 hours. So, I wake up and work for an hour or two and go have a nap. In order to take a nap, I need to eat and take some DSF. If I had an 8 - 5 office job I don't know how I would handle this. Is there any kind of an adrenal support that is time released so that I might be able to stay asleep? This all started with premenopause. I am on bioidentical hormones. I also take a neurotransmitter support at bed.

Has a medical doctor diagnosed you? If not, I would recommend having a physical exam by a board certified family doctor before experimenting with alternative medicines or things could get worse.
