I have had numbness in my fingers and it would always get worse when I go to sleep and it wakes me up and its real bad. It gets worse whenever I do continuous activities. The doctors said I had CTS. But the braces never helped me. I went to a Chiropractor because I HAD to see if there was a way to stop the tingling & numbness. He told me that too many people are diagnosed w/carpel tunnel and they dont even have it. He said if you dont take care of it you CAN get CTS eventually. He had me make a homemade massager out of a cordless sawzaw but you have to make sure the blade wont go through the stopper!! You use it ONLY for 8 seconds every other day on your arms (forearms) close to your elbows to break it up. You also can have someone do a forest fire to your forearms by your elbow and have them massaged. Also your elbows and if you start rubbing you will notice that you have pain in other parts of your arms in the muscles in your arm that move your fingers. That is the REAL problem. After you do this I promise it will help with your numbness. Sometimes I massage my arms and the numbness goes away right away. But the only way it will stop is if you dont use them too much. Hope I help even one person out there. You dont have to do the massager but at least massage your arms above and below your elbows and the sockets in your elbows and get back w/me on the results!!!!
