I seem to have dry mouth/throat which won't seem to go away.
I also seem to be kind of twitchy and I believe i'm having breathing problems.
And I think I might of had a panic attack.
I know I have asthma, but I took my inhaler and it hasn't helped.
my fingers have been twitching, which means I could also have hyperventilation which I had before.
What could this be, or am I delusional, which is possible since its like 2 am in the morning.

Have you referred to and studied 2 or 3 different sources for the side effects of the inhaler you are using? Have you checked with your pharmacist and doctor to see if your symptoms may be side effects of the medication you are taking?
That should be the first place to start.

Ya but it happened before I took it.
I seem more fine now though, fingers still twitching oddly though.

It happened before you were ever prescribed medication? Or it happened before you took a dose of what you've been using off and on for a period of time?

How long has this been happening? How is your air quality? Are you effected by the CA fires?
I've had alot of asthma problems this summer and I think the air quailty is making a difference.
