I saw my internal doctor for a physical/blood test for my cholesterol, etc and he said with the last cholesterol test I had, all my ratios were good and not to worry, so I am trying not to worry about what these next step of #'s will look like. He told me that with my high HDL of 80, I had twice as much heart healthy good stuff flowing through me http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif That made me feel better.
