I just threw up...and there was some green mixed in with brown (which I'm guessing is the chocolate icing from the donut I ate a few hours ago) it's weird...but green?! I haven't taken my meds yet tonight...so it can't be from that...unless they were still in my stomach from last night? >.<

This happened to my husband a couple of weeks ago but his was induced by heat exhaustion. We were setting up a fire works stand in extremely hot weather. We were both sweating faster than we could replace the liquid. He had gotten dizzy while up high, became unstable when walking, and then threw up that color (having not eaten anything that color or taken any medication that color).
He then started having weird temple and ear pain every time he would drink something cold for a while. Later we found out he had a sinus infection.
I told him at the time that I thought it was drained infected nasal mucus and he said he was not having sinus infection symptoms at the time but it later turned out to be that.
I hope this might help shed some light on your situation. Watch for headaches in strange places, sensitivity to cold and if any sinus infection symptoms actually show up.
Good luck!

If you havent eaten much sometimes it can be bile. I remember with morning sickness throwing up green and brown and stressing that it was blood it could be the chocolate but sometimes it was explained tp me that it can be the bile (hence green colour) and the brown could be from retching (stress on the throat). I'm not a doctor though so if it persists you should go to the doctor. Let me know how you get on.

I'm pretty sure it's bile. Sometimes the same thing happens to me when I don't have anything at all in my stomach and I get sick from the flu or from other things (explained in my last thread).

Hi Pixie,
Yep. Bile. If you haven't been eating a lot or nothing at all, and throw up then it will usually have some green mixed in.
Get well soon! God bless!
