Does anyone know what the Lipoprotein a and Homocysteine level tell me about my heart diease risk? My Lp(a) was 0 and Homocysteine was 6.6. My Chol. was 197 HDL 62 LDL 116 Tri 95. I do have heart diease in my immediate family on the male side. I'm female.

Actually, all of your numbers appear to place you at low risk, including your homocysteine, which is in the desirable range. In regards to the Lp(a) reading, are you sure that number is right? You have no Lp(a) in your blood? I didn't think that was possible. I always thought that we all had some measurable amount. I'll have to check on that one.
