I went into the store today and purchased Cholestame, by Jarrow Formulas. Has anyone had any experience with this ? I prefer natural products and I hate taking Lipitor , I'm fearful of the side effects. I'm high 200's at last count but that was 4 months ago before I started watching the diet and before the gym.
