I find this difficult to explain, but I'll do my best.
For a while now I've had this problem of trying to either empty my mind of all thought or to disrupt my ability to think when I am thinking. I first thought this was OCD as I have a long history of that kind of mental illness. However after looking it up online the closest thing I can find to the problem I'm having is a symptom of schizophrenia and schizoeffective disorder called "thought blocking". It's as if something in my mind is deliberately influencing my thoughts and making it difficult for me to think correctly.
I know this sounds crazy, but can anyone relate to this or does anyone know what it could be?
