I got a quick question. I've...well, never done anything before. However, tomorrow it looks like I'll be receiving my first oral sex from my girlfriend.

While I trust her as I should, you can never, never be too safe. I'll be using a condom tomorrow. Yeah, I know, it deadens the feelin significantly, but I really am that terrified of disease.

I'm wondering...what risks are there in terms of disease when receiving oral with a condom? I know condoms are only 99% effect, I get that. But let's say she has no noticeable sores or open areas in her mouth and the saliva doesn't touch my penis. I'm always terrified because there's a chance, but realistically, should I be that incredibly worried?

Also, does tounge on skin matter? Let's say she...um...licks my testicles...if there's no sores on her or on my scrotum, is that really all that dangerous?

The chances of getting an STD from receiving oral sex WITHOUT a condom are pretty miniscule anyway, provided the person giving oral sex doesn't have any open cuts or sores in their mouth. A condom during oral is more to protect the person giving the oral sex since they are the ones contacting bodily fluids. The only risk to you I could really think of is if she has oral herpes (cold sores) she could conceivably pass it to your genital region. I don't know what the chances of transmission would be in this case, but the condom would indeed reduce the chances of this happening. It would not protect you entirely if her mouth comes into contact with your skin.
