so, my friends parents rented a beach house for the weekend. so i was up at lake michigan for 2.5 days, and in the water just about every second i could. i just got home this afternoon. so ever since last night, i've been on and off feeling like i'm still bobbing up and down in the water. it's kind of freaking me out first of all. also it's starting to make me feel nauseous. has anyone heard of this/had this? does anyone know what to do? even just to make me feel a little better.
thank you!
thank you!

Completely normal, your body adjusted to being on the water, now it needs to get used to solid ground again. It should go away soon.

This happens to me when I spend a significant amount of time on the water. Like the previous poster said it takes a few days to go away. It has something to do with your inner ear...not sure of the name...but rest assured it will ease up after a few days. If it continues to bother you after, say 1 week, your best bet would be to see your doctor...as you may have gotten water or something in your ears throwing you off balance...Good luck.
