I don't know if it is harmful to the two first cousins, unless there is some sort of taboo or law against it, here in the US it is illegal in some states, but this is because if there are any health issues in your family you are more likely to pass it on to your children.

There is an increased risk of genetic disease. However, the risk isn't all that great, maybe 5%.
Up until very recently, most of the world's population lived in villages or tribes of less than 100 people, and married within them about half the time. Some cultures consider marriage between first cousins to be incestuous, others consider them normal. My own great-grandmother's parents, English country folk, were first cousins.
Relatives any closer than first cousins have a much higher chance of genetic disease, so don't do that!

Thanks for anwsering actually the matter of marrying with cousin is not taboo actually people can do so but the matter about which I ve been acking is that wheather it is harmfull or not becuase I have bundle of examples and I am interested to know is there any remedy against it or not

Medically speakly i don't know. I am glad to say that my sister who married my first cousin have 3 healthy normal kids. (This is acceptable in my religion.)

Studies have shown that the risk to the children is about the same as that found in older mothers (over age 40), so while the risk is higher for a young couple, it's only by what would be considered an acceptable amount.
