There are countless reasons for dizzy spells . . . some of the more immediate things I can think of are changes in blood pressure when in motion, sinus congestion, oxygen deprivation, inner ear problems, motion sickness, pregnancy, heat exhaustion/stroke, uncorrected visual problems, problems related to the digestive tract . . . what symptoms are you having that go along with these dizzy spells?
