Hi, i am a 19 year old female. About 2 months ago i engaged in unprotected sexual activites with a male that has been in jail and has had sex with numerous girls. We started off with a condom which fell off, and then some of his pre cum went into my vagina, but more closer to the outside then deep inside. His penis was never fully inserted into me. We also kissed and from what i understand i can contract hep b from that too? After that day i have been experiencing many bacterial infections such as ear infection, finger infection, one in my lip and my piercing. I also had orange urine and diarreah a month after that occasion, lasted a week. My tongue is also white and my mouth feels dehydrated. What is the possiblity that this is Hepatitis?

Does anybody give me knowledge on this virus?

Hepatitis C is rarely trasnsmitted through sexual contact. There are two other forms of hepatitis. A and B. Hep A is contracted generally through fecal matter and I just don't know much about hep B. There are vaccines for hep A and B but none for hep C.

My advice would be to get tested if you are worried about this. It will at least ease your mind a bit. Hep C generally has no symptoms after the initial infection. I will try to find you some better answers and reply again soon.
