Is it feasible for someone to be worried over having HIV (after a bout of unprotected sex)that they make themselves tired/fatiguish, a sore throat and maybe even a rash, all that last 2-3 weeks?

Yep, it happens all the time. I know from experience that this can happen.

3 years ago I got 'the fear' after a bunch of unprotected sex with different women. For 3-4 weeks I had the runs, an elevated temperature, flu like conditions, etc. I tested 3 times then - final one after 6 months - all were negative.

Now I keep it covered all the time. Though I did have a condom break and send me into another deep fear, though I tested negative just last week.

So take it easy, wait 3 months and take the test.
