Other symptoms MAY include fever, headache, fatigue, malaise (feeling like crap), decreased appetite, swollen lymph glands, muscular stiffness and muscular aches, rashes, sore throat and mouth and esophegal ulcers. :rolleyes:

I believe it's referring to the type of night sweats one would normally associate with bad flu, i.e. really uncomfortable, drenching-the-bed night sweats, waking up to feel sick, etc.

However, this time of the year is HOT at night (I'm in the UK) and it's pretty normal to wake up sweaty at such times. Of course, it goes without saying that stress will create these types of symptoms too.
