Hi everyone, this is my question: After a long research about HIV isolation I still can not find out if:
1) The Koch's Postulates are still valid to prove the existence of a virus?
2) Are there any new virus isolation techniques that can prove the existence of a "virus" eventhough that this "virus" would not be considered a "virus" following the Koch's Postulates?
