will someone out there please tell me whether the swelling of lymph nodes during acute retroviral symdrome , will all lymph nodes swell up at once or only one ? cause 3 days ago i had a contact ( sweat of an unknown person went into my fresh wound ) . now 3 days later i am getting a painfull feeling in my left armpit only .... my qns is will all the lymph nodes swell up together or will only a few or only 1 will swell up ? will the swelling be big and visible or is it not that visible at all ? pls help me ......
