I stay so depressed now that my dad passed away. I cant go a day or night without thinking about why he left us. He was 76 and had a pacemaker in for the past 8 years and had a heart attack. He was joking with me that afternoon telling jokes and had been to the doctor that day and was going to have to take a treadmill test. That night he enjoyed going to karoake and died as he was in the driveway at home before he got to the hospital.

My condolensences. Many books are written on losing loved ones. My mother-in-law passed away at age 55 last year, and a good friend passed away at 40. It's hard, but I am lucky to have a lot of close friends and positive support.
