I have had an aching pain on the side of my penis for about 4 months now. I did receive oral sex before then but have not had sex since.
I have been tested for STI's & all came up clear, except the doctor sad I had a small amount af a gonorococcal bacteria which I know is a type of STI.
Anyway I have had 2 courses of antibiotics, but to know avail.
Now I am more antibiotics for a UTI.
My testicals have started to ache & I always have the need to urinate, which is not painful.
This is the second doctor that I have visited & also 2nd urologist.
I am going mad.
Could I have been wrongly diagnosed?
FYI I live in Thailand but have been to the top hospitals.I am stressde anyway,but could this be caused by stress as well.
Please help I am going out of my mind.

Ghonnorea??? UTI??? Possible prostatitis? I'm not really sure. Keep in mind that all prostate infections are really hard to fight off because of how hard it is for antibiotics to get there. If all test came back negative after 4 months for std's I'd look for other explanations. Any blood when you urinate?

No blood in urine & also no pain, more a feeling of relief as have constant urge.
I am going to another doctor today to get tested for every possible thing I can.
Could I have perhaps been prescribed wrong or not strong enough antibiotics?

Sounds like a uti to me....but I'm no Doctor. Its certainly possible that you were presribed antibiotics that were not right or strong enough to fight off the infection. I was prescribed doxycycleine for my symptoms which have been going on for 6 weeks....it certainly didnt work for me. These prostate infections are a real ****h to fight off, its especially hard if the doctor cant point to what the cause is.

Maybe I should just get more antibiotics & take for longer.
Seeing urologist again on Wednesday. I am hoping he finds something.

No, i have only been on doxycycliene. I guess since there has been no bacteria found in my system the urologists just presumes that its something else. He always says, dont worry its nothing, but it obviously is! I am going mad as well.....thinking about this all day everyday. Its making me ejaculate extra fast during intercourse with my girl, so that makes everything 1,223,767 X's worst. I'm so sick of these damn symptoms I dont know what to do. If the antibiotics dont work maybe your symptoms are from a non baterial cause as well. I've read a whole lot about them and I've learned that they arent detected in test...unknown causes and all sorts of s***.

Have been taking cefspan, medication for a UTI, has helped a bit, but think it's a bit psycological.
Will see how this goes.
I have given up sex for the moment, as pain afetrwards.
