i lost my mum 11 months ago after being ill for several year so why am i angry at her for dying i loved my mum she aws so kind and gentle:(

i am going threw a bad time too i lost my rock my life when al died.4-10-08 i feel sad ,mad and sometimes i smile i know he would want me to be happy and i am sure your mom would want the same, but we all go threw different feeling that is normal.not easy to live life when we lose someone we loved but we must learn to let go of the pain and love what we have in our hearts our minds,our souls..
