Thanks to Google I know a bit about "benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,"
(BPPV)vertigo meaning dizzyness. This is more common among older persons but if anyone here has heard of it, I'd like to hear what you have to say.
I was swimming laps recently & when I changed fm freestyle to backstroke at
the end of the pool I flipped onto my back & saw the ceiling swirling above me. I was only a few seconds but that was scarey. I've noticed slight
dizzyness when I first sit up in bed in the morning, too. It's not painful &
doesn't have anything to do with circulation.
Please share your thoughts or experiences with me. "sturgeon"
