I am a healthy 28-year-old male. For some reason when I was 16, I began having to urinate roughly once per hour on average. At night, it's not quite as bad but I still get up a few times to go. I have never had loss of control associated with this.

When it first began I would occasionally not have any real volume and it was purely the "sensation," but for many years now there is always a "decent" amount of volume. I have had every test from bladder to prostate to kidneys to even neurological tests, but everything has been negative. This has been going on for far to long, has anyone heard of anything like this?

I go even more times than that.. My bladder always feel full. I go sometimes 15 to 20 times a day. I went to three Urologists and got three different answers from opertating on a vein in my stomach, enlarging the tip of my penis for better flow to antibiotics. I drink 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day.
