i am viji,20 years old,im thin.I ve long black hair, everyone used to say what all i eat goes only to my hair,im looking good only if i take hair wash but scared to use shampoo everyday as it is full of chemicals.I ve tried applying oil the day before and having hair wash but hair fall has not reduced.what should i do?
