a month and a half ago i received oral sex from this girl.
as of late my penis head has developed red spots on it, and is very sensitive- almost like how your skin feels when you get a sun burn. i also get random slight stings in the tip of my penis every now and then. it also seems like ive had to urinate alot lately and sometimes whenever i do urinate, the stream of pee comes out awkward and not straight.
could this be some kind of bacterial infection (masturbating with dirty hands?) or some kind of skin irritation such as foreskin rubbing against my penis head or my fingers being too rough with my penis? or does this sound like i have a virus? please help

If it is an STD, it would likely be Syphilis or genital herpes based on what you have decribed.

Did you ever get a resolution to your problem? this sounds exactly like my symptoms and i have no idea what it could be. I've been tested for STD's and everything looks fine.

it sounds like a yeast infection. anything that works for women, should work as well on a male.

actually, i have an interesting follow up to this story...
a few days after i originally made this topic, i went to get tested....everything turned out fine and the doctor said it is a very common irritation in uncircumsized men...he said it was nothing to worry about and he gave me a cream to heal it up...
everything was going fine until about 4-5 days ago...
i began itching like CRAZY down there, in my whole croth area. the in side of my thighs, my testicles, etc. on the second day my skin started to peal (like when you peel during a sunburn) ...i tried putting that original cream the doctor gave me on and i think it made worse because it burned like crazy when i first applied it....thats what made it peel i think
i also have red irritation around my penis and the tip of my penis head is a little red/swollen also. ..also on the inside of my thighs i have hundreds of little red bumps, but this might be from scratching so hard...
i have NO idea how i got this...for almost 2 months i was entirely fine, then just one day it popped up...i havent even been with a girl since the original post i made, so it cant be another std!!!
i have only 3 likely assumptions. the first is this cream for stretch marks that i bought. i have some small stretch marks on the inside of my thighs and so i tried applying a cream...a day or 2 later this started happening..maybe the cream itself, or the cream + soap/irritation or some other combination caused this???
the second is some kind of bacterial infection?
and the 3rd and one that scares me the most...could it possibly be an std from the first post i made?? maybe it didnt show up on the test? my doctor said it was a little early to get tested, but that he didnt THINK it was an std.. all the results came back good but could it have been too early to get tested? maybe it IS an std and its just starting to show symptoms now? is that even possible?
or does it sound more like one of the first 2 scenarios? god its horrible is all i can say...its so uncomfortable to even walk..

yep...no worries. it was just an allergic reaction , which caused me to get jock itch
but jock itch is an easily treatable problem. you can buy a can of anti-fungal cream at your local pharmacy
