I know chances are low, but does anyone have any statistics on HIV transmission thru kissing and/or food sharing?

I'm not sure if I've transmitted to my girlfriend who are showing symptoms. We have not engaged in sex. By the way, I've got herpes and I'm suspecting that I'm currently under seroconversion.

I believe the transmission by kissing and food sharing is quite low unless you have a sore in your mouth and she does in hers.
Herpes is different though depending where your breakouts are I know a cold sore is very easy to spread by kissing even if she doesnt have any sores or open cuts in her mouth and even the food sharing might be cold sores are very contagious if the sore is oozing but I asume you know all this and have taken steps to protect your girlfriend and she has educated herself enough to be careful of the risks too.

thrre is no known risk at all because HIV is not prevalent enough in saliva, there has never been one confirmed case of this type of transmission, i kisse my dad plenty of time when he has herpes sores on his lips (right before the AIDS won the battle ) and i am not infected, nor did my mother or his doc feel any reason for me to be worried about it. hes been gone 10m years now and still I am healthy as hexk wit a daughgter of my own. ZERO RISK!!!
