I recently contacted a Cranial Osteopath who does Prolotherapy for TMJ issues. From what I understand, the basis is to create an inflamation that promotes filling the joint w/ scar tissue and regeneration of any existing structures. Has anyone tried this? Do you know the general price of these treatment? ....I wouldn't want to do more harm than good....
