Both of these are very correct. Just like the articles say, test at 90 days for 100% accuracy but most people show antibodies well before then.

Just imagine what might happen to your body if it did not create detectable antibodies within a short period of time. If this happened you would advance to HIV disease very quickly, and most people would die of HIV infection or AIDS a lot sooner than they do. You can trust those websites. Those sites are credible.
