Hi everyone,

I noticed last week that I have a bald spot the size of a nickel on the top of my head. My head is also dented right at the bold spot. The spot also feels irritated. I have been to my GP and have an appt. with the Derm on Thursday. My GP gave me some pills and cream for the spot she thinks it might be a some kind of fungal infection.
Two weeks ago I was at a store and dropped something and when I bent down to pick it up I bumped my head on the counter. I was not bleeding or anything I wonder if that had something to do with it.

Maybe Apelachia (sp?) however my friend had it but her scalp was not irritated like mine is.

I can't wait to see the Derm on Thursday. :(
