Since i was 14 i started to get alot of pimples, not on my face but on my neck and shoulders. For a while i just let it go seeing as how no one noticed it. I tried everything to get rid of them; Benzac, cetaphil, clean and clear etc. nothing made any difference. when i was 16 i noticed it had now become really bad, i had big cysts and i was starting to get them on my chest and face. So even though i was embarrassed i got the courage to tell my mum and we went to the doctors. After about 6 months of various antibiotics and creams he had prescribed nothing had made a difference so i asked him if i could get a referral to a dermatologist. Luckily i got in to see one in a month and straight away he prescribed me with roaccutane. These pills seriously work! They're a last resort and basically never fail. They're very intense and you get very dry skin and lips but I've been on them now for only 4 or 5 months and i have not got a single pimple left. All i have now is some marks that are clearing away.
So if someone sees this and they feel this story is like theirs then i can only say one thing: you have to tell people about it to get help early, or its too late and you will have scarring. Try to see a dermatologist because they specialise in skin and will do the best they can to help you
Hope this helps anyone
Good luck

it's not common . on the shoulders and on the neck . sometimes people don't wear cotton clothes , but polyester clothes direct on their skin . that makes the skin badly reacting , spots ...red marks .
i always wear cotton underwear .
some people also nervously scratch their skin 20 times a day . that provide pimples .
eh i have a threar a post here leopard 777. enjoy your no pimples time .

Yes Sam91 it does work and is very effective. It has been on the American market for 40 years. I did the treatement in my 20's and again in my 30's. For some people the medicine only lasts for a few years and you have to do it again but it is worth it no matter how often you have to do it. I watched a gal with really bad cystic acne clear up in a matter of a couple months and she looked so good!
