I have been experiencing some pain on the top of my left foot for a few weeks now. At first it was minor, but it gets worse on days that I walk more. It almost feels like I pinched a nerve or something and it makes it very painful to walk. I'm living abroad at the moment, so I can't easily go to a doctor, but I'm wondering if you all have any advice on what may be the problem and maybe some remedies?
Thanks!

Here are some "easy fixes" for foot pain. They won't cure a serious problem, but they might help with minor stuff.
1) Examine your footwear! Have you been having this pain with all shoes? What kind of shoes do you usually wear?
2) Try stretching your ankle and toes around, see if there is something you can loosen up.
3) Try rubbing your foot, and maybe propping it up when you are sitting down.
